Manti

Dumplings popular in most Turkic cuisines, as well as in the Caucasian, Central Asian, Chinese Islamic, and Hejaz West (Saudi Arabia) cuisines. Generally speaking the Manti are filled with a spiced mixture of meat (usually lamb or ground beef), and are boiled or steamed.
